The Tool Wheel can be accessed by holding down L1/LB on the controller. This attack is the bread and butter of Hogwarts Legacy Combat, and all Wizards and Witches can perform it without much trouble. By tapping R2/RT, your character will perform a basic attack, by pointing the wand towards the target.
